Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of KSM Engine, the production software run by Kingsize Motion ("we", "us"). By connecting your Google account or otherwise using KSM Engine, you agree to them.

What KSM Engine does

KSM Engine runs video and animation projects for Kingsize Motion and its clients: it plans each project, tracks the work from draft to approval, stores approved work, and, if you connect Google Drive, copies approved finals into a folder in your Drive with a short note beside each one. How we collect and use information is covered by our Privacy Policy.

Your account and access

Only connect a Google account you own or are allowed to use. You can disconnect at any time from your Google Account's permissions page (myaccount.google.com/connections).

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

use KSM Engine for anything illegal, or to store or share content you don't have the rights to;
try to get into parts of the service, accounts or data that aren't yours;
interfere with, overload, reverse-engineer or disrupt the service;
use it to send spam, malware or anything meant to harm others.

We may suspend access that breaks these rules.

Your content

You keep all rights to your content. Files copied to your Drive are yours. Rights to project work made for you are set by your agreement with Kingsize Motion.

No warranties

KSM Engine is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that every copy will succeed. Keep your own backups of anything important.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Kingsize Motion is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits or revenue, arising from your use of KSM Engine. Our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page, and continuing to use KSM Engine means you accept the update. We may change or stop the service at any time.
